Cookie Dough and Ice Cream
Having visited a well known Restaurant chain here in the UK and ordering this for dessert, I was inspired to recreate it at home for the whole family to have their own individual cookie dough and ice cream dessert.
Oozing with chocolate, this dessert is not for the feint hearted.

Ingredients
- 175 g Salted Butter Add a pinch of salt if using Unsalted Butter
- 175 g Plain Flour
- 135 g Light Brown Sugar
- 40 g Caster Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 180 g Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 Cadbury Flake
- Chocolate sauce
