Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

Delicious, healthy, and dairy free vegan friendly strawberry and banana smoothie. This recipe uses only fruit and is delightfully thick and creamy in texture.

Ingredients

  • 11 Strawberries
  • 7 White Grapes
  • 1 Banana
  • 0.5 Apple
  • 0.5 Orange
  • 100 ml Pressed Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  • Fill the blender up with 100ml of pressed pineapple juice. Peel and slice the banana

  • Remove the heads from all of the strawberries

  • Cut the apple in half, remove the core and seeds
    Remove core from apple and any seeds.
  • Do the same with the orange, halve it and remove any pips. Separate the orange into segments to make it easier to blend.
  • Place and the ingredients into the blender.
    Put the fruit into the blender
  • Blend for 30-40 seconds until smooth
    Blend until smooth
  • Once blended, remove container from the blender if possible, shake to ensure all the fruit has been blended and blend for a further 5-10 seconds.
    Shake and blend again
  • Serve and Enjoy!
